Responsible for re-branding of both Roberts Communities and Roberts Resorts corporate brands including new logos, fonts, color schemes, brand voice, and new websites.
Produced new videos, new photography, and new sales collateral for individual properties for the first time in 10 years. Revamped Village Farm Tiny Home Community website to focus on sales and event programming.
Implemented all eCommerce tracking into google analytics for resorts to quantify marketing activities, and crafted expansive CRM implementation for home sales to track the consumer from lead to home closing.
Wrote press releases and reach out to local and national publications for coverage on affordable housing, travel, and changing consumer behaviors.
Current work includes onboarding and redesigning all new acquisition properties logos, web presence and social media channels to fall in line with corporate identity.
