Responsible for re-positioning of Hilton New Orleans Riverside to revamp image and reputation in marketplace from former "glory days." Involved strategic redevelopment of hotel identity to focus on food & beverage programming including creation of first ever F&B magazine, B2C video, and refresh of bar program to focus on pop culture interests and create your own cocktails.
Brought in first ever iSalesKit App for event planners, and took over in-house system for event guest correspondence to market directly to captive audience. This in-house email marketing resulted in expanded revenue of $100K in first 6 months alone from extend a stay programming.
Developed first ever citywide partnership with 23 local attractions to create the ultimate insider's guide to New Orleans. This "Navigate NOLA" package gained national exposure in Reader's Digest, Washington Post, USA Today and more, and became Hilton's top performing package of 2018.
